Founded by an engineer who's been on both sides: building systems and hiring the people who build them.

After over a decade in IT and Finance, working with global banks, fast-growing startups, and everything in between, I saw the same problem everywhere: companies struggling to find engineers they could truly rely on, and talented developers lost in broken hiring processes.

That's why I created Helenis Techno. We combine deep engineering expertise with a hands-on approach to solve two problems:
